NEOPHYTOS PAPADOPOULOS

As of 1 July 2023, Dr Neophytos Papadopoulos is the Permanent Secretary of the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy.

Dr Papadopoulos is a graduate of the Lanition Lyceum in Limassol, the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology [BEng, Electrical Engineering & Electronics and PhD, Digital Communications] and the Cyprus International Institute of Management [MBA].

He served as Permanent Secretary at the Deputy Ministry of Shipping [2020-'21] and the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth [2021-'23].

He has extensive experience in policy formulation, strategy and management.
